Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Here's everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

🛍️ Returns

Due to the perishable nature of spices and food items, we currently do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective.

If you received the wrong item or your package was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

💸 Refunds

Once we’ve verified the issue (via photo or return), we’ll initiate a full or partial refund back to your original payment method. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

📦 Return Shipping

If a return is required (e.g. wrong item sent), we will provide a prepaid return label. Please make sure items are unused and in original packaging.

  • Gift cards or discount vouchers
  • Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale”
